Well... the answer is "YES"!!! Below are some pictures of a recent special project Martin did for a client in the Dallas area. For best results, the surface should be smooth, not "bumpy". For this kind of project, Martin charges $95 per hour, with the total price varying based on the size of the wall to be painted.
